This property’s HVAC unit wasn’t properly controlling temperature and didn’t seem to respond to the controls. Our team tested the air quality within the property and found that there was a leak in the air ducts. We patched this up, then took a look at the exterior HVAC unit. This needed a clean, so we scrubbed the grilles and installed new air filters. This meant that fresh air could easily get around the property, making it much more effective and pleasant for Ms. Franklin’s family.
